During 2022 I realized I was fat, out of shape and had no energy to truly live my life. I was tired of not enjoying life due to the prison my body had become being nearly 100 pounds overweight. I was always telling family members I'm too tired to go do anything, but it wasn't just fatigue it was shame. I decided to do something about it and now that I'm reaching my health goals, it's time to get out and pursue some adventures.
