This is my sixth countdown as part of my series of counting down to Disney Wonder coming down to Australia in December of 2023. I've done a few vlogs now in relation to rotational dining and whether that's going to be something that Australian Cruise consumers will get used to it. It will be interesting to find out. The other thing that used to happen at Disney & I'm wondering if it does happen now is, dining was in groups. You would have a larger table and they would sit groups of people together, so you would get to know other travellers. I know during the post-pandemic phase Disney was just sitting family units together. It's going to be interesting to see if they have changed their way of seating during rotational dining. I wonder if we are going to be sat at a group table, where you get to meet other travellers. When I have had these dining experiences before I've actually remained friends with some of the people that I've been dining with. Disney is not just for children. Disney is for adults as well. If you are a couple traveling together, there's a likelihood that they may sit you at the same table with other couples. They won't necessarily do lots of children together. I know I was traveling as a single parent at one stage and so I had other single parents and it turned out that the kids all ended up in the same kids club together. They were friends for a long time after the cruise. I know people are taking their children on the Disney cruise but as I keep saying Disney cruising is for adults. so There is Mixology, there is Palo for both the evening meal and for brunch, there is wine tasting & there are a lot of activities that are just aimed at adults. You don't have to spend all the time with your children which makes the whole cruising experience additionally exciting. Remember you have Disney characters to share the experience with. The other thing in relation to Princess Gatherings and different things like Bibbidi bobbidi-boo, it's important to make bookings so that your little one is not going to be disappointed, especially if they have a favourite princess that they might want to meet. It may seem like six months is a long time to wait for the Disney Cruise Line to come down here to Australia but in reality, the time is just going to fly.
