A federal judge has ordered Carnival Corp to pay $344,051 in damages to a passenger injured in a 2023 slip-and-fall accident aboard Carnival Celebration. The guest suffered a fractured arm, dislocated shoulder, and torn tendons. The award is far less than the $14 million originally sought. Carnival may appeal the ruling.
