We’re taking you along for a few snippets of our drive to the hotel, where we meet up with members of the Creators at Sea Group Cruise before getting ready for embarkation day. The next morning, it’s officially CRUISE DAY! We head over to the cruise parking area and show you what our parking experience was like, then hop aboard the FREE shuttle bus to the Carnival cruise port. From there, we board Carnival Sunshine, complete our muster station, grab our famous pom poms, and head straight to the Lido Deck Sail Away Party because you already know... Travel Cake Trips came ready to get this cruise started! After all that Lido Deck fun, we meet back up with the group for an early dinner in the main dining room. On the menu? Raspberry Bliss, lamb shank, pot stickers, and plenty of other delicious Carnival Cruise food to try. Then we make our way to the casino, where we very kindly decided to make a $130 donation in less than 15 minutes. Apparently, the casino was accepting contributions that evening! But the night wasn’t quite over. Bryant’s suitcases had already arrived, so he was unpacked and relaxing out on the balcony without a care in the world. My luggage, however, decided to take the scenic route. My suitcases arrived later in the evening, which meant while Bryant was enjoying balcony life, I was having an exciting late-night date with... unpacking. By the end of the night, we were TIRED! So we wrap up our first Carnival Sunshine day and rolled right into a sneak peek at what’s coming up in Season 1, Episode 2.
