Come along to Buenos Aires, Argentina as we explore this beautiful South American city before we embark on the Celebrity Equinox for an Antarctica cruise! In Buenos Aires, we will explore some of the beautiful highlights and try the world class food. We will take the Hop On Hop Off for a great way to explore. We'll check out neighborhoods including San Telmo, La Boca, Puerto Madero, and Recoleta. Some highlights include La Bombonero where football club Boca Juniors play; the iconic cemetery at Recoleta; a Michelin star restaurant in Palermo; street food at the San Telmo market including choripan at Choripaneria, empanadas at El Hornero; and a barilla, Hierro. Other sites we'll visit are Galerias Pacifico shopping mall, Florida Street pedestrian shopping street, Recoleta Fair, San Telmo Fair, the acoustically perfect Teatro Colon, and a stop for pizza at Pizzeria Guerrin. We will see tango dancers perform throughout the city. We will try the famous parillas including the Michelin star Don Julio, counter service Hierro in the San Telmo market, and El Mercado at the Faena hotel. And we'll be staying at eh Splendor by Wyndham and Hilton Buenos Aires in Puerto Madero.
