When it comes to tipping, I trust myself more than any company. That doesn’t mean automatic gratuities aren’t distributed properly. I simply prefer personally handing cash to the room steward, dining staff, bartenders, and other crew members who take care of us. It gives me certainty that the person I want to recognize receives the tip directly—and it gives me an opportunity to personally thank them for their service. ❤️ This is our preference, not a suggestion that anyone avoid tipping.
