Waverley paddle steamer departing Shoreham Port, 13/09/23.
Waverley departs Shoreham Harbour for the very first time, 13/09/23. The paddle steamer was heading off on a "Cruise Solent & Needles Lighthouse" trip which would call at Ryde and Yarmouth before finishing at Portsmouth Harbour. This was filmed from Shoreham Fort where there was a big turn out to see her leave.
