Going on your first cruise? 🛳️🌴 Here are 2 things I didn’t know before taking my first cruise that I wish someone had told me! 🍹 TIP #1: Tip your bartender! Even though your cruise gratuities are already included, I recommend giving your bartender a little extra when you can. Cruise ships are HUGE, but bartenders will remember you! Once they know you, you may get quicker service, they’ll remember your favorite drink, and you’ll start feeling like a regular. 😉🍸 🌴 TIP #2: Book an excursion! Don’t assume every port is easy to explore on your own. Some ports are very walkable, while others require transportation to get to the best attractions. Booking an excursion can help you see and experience much more of the destination without wasting precious time trying to figure everything out yourself.
