Coast Guard Jayhawk Hoists Cruise Ship Crew Member at Night — Puerto Rico #Shorts

On September 24, 2026, a U.S. Coast Guard MH-60T Jayhawk crew from Air Station Borinquen medically evacuated a 32-year-old crew member from the cruise ship Allure of the Seas, roughly 58 miles northwest of Puerto Rico. The crew member was suffering severe abdominal pain beyond what the ship's medical center could treat; the aircrew executed a nighttime precision hoist, flew him to Air Station Borinquen, and an ambulance took him to Hospital Buen Samaritano in Aguadilla.
