Carnival Magic Day #5 Bonaire, Island Tour, Scenic Drive, Flamingos, Donkeys and Historic Sites
Today we're in Bonaire and taking a tour through Viator. On our tour we'll be taking an Island Tour from the northern part of the island to the southern part of the island. In-between we'll see scenic views on the western side of the island. Flamingos on the northern side at Goto Lake. In the center of the Island, we'll drive through Rincon. This was established in 1527 by the Spanish, and they left behind some wildlife...Donkeys. Next, we'll go to the southernmost part of the island where the Salt Flats are still in operation. The salt is used for roads, bath salt and table salt. When we arrived back at the ship we had about 6 hours to shop...We spent about an hour shopping and grabbing a quick local alcoholic beverage. Lunch was on the ship, then nap time! We leave Aruba at 10:00PM and have a beautiful night sail-away. I've never sailed away this late! I'll spend so time walking around the ship listening to a few bands and end up at the Piano Bar.
