🌊 Don’t always go east when you’re heading to or from Southampton! 🚢 We had a brilliant day out in Lyme Regis while on a cruise stop in Portland — and it’s such an easy place to visit from Southampton too. If you love a proper traditional English seaside town, Lyme Regis has it all: 🏖️ colourful beach huts, 🦴 fossils, the iconic Cobb, gorgeous coastal views and, of course, fish and chips! 🐟🍟 The Jurassic Coast is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, so there’s plenty to explore beyond the beach.
