Hello Friends... Well well well, what a day! So first things first I have to say how eternally grateful I am for this amazing opportunity, not just that I have a boss who let me work around the tour times, but also the tours team for letting me escort this tour - Pulpit Rock Hike. It was epic! I am nowhere near as fit as used to be, but l am doing all I can to get back there and these little wins of amazing experiences are keeping me from straying from my fitness journey.
