This Borealis ship tour explains the pros and cons of a Fred Olsen cruise. On the plus side the main restaurant is enjoyable; the ship never feels crowded; and the British sensibilities are comforting. However the food elsewhere on board was underwhelming; and beverages and gratuities cost extra.
