If anyone spent any time with homeschooling families, especially those who travel in our worldschooling groups, they would find out just how incredible homeschooled kids are. Yes, there are some shy ones, just like there are public schooled kids that don’t fall into the unsocialized category but homeschooled kids have way more opportunities to socialize in their day than kids spending 8 hours in school and it shows in how they interact with a wide range of humans. In the end most everything really comes down to parents. You could have unsocialized homeschoolers and well spoken public schoolers if parents focus on the right things for their child.
