Alaska Cruise Juneau

Join us as we explore one of Alaska's most beautiful ports of call, Juneau! For the day, we rented a van from Juneau Car Rental Company, giving us the freedom to explore beyond the cruise ship crowds. Our first stop was the breathtaking Mendenhall Glacier, where we hiked to the incredible Nugget Falls for some unforgettable views. Next, we visited the peaceful National Shrine of St. Thérèse, one of Juneau's hidden gems. Surrounded by towering trees and the beautiful waters of Lynn Canal, it's the perfect place to slow down and take in Alaska's natural beauty. After our adventures, we grabbed lunch and spent some time wandering through downtown Juneau, browsing local shops and soaking up the charm of Alaska's capital city before heading back to the Grand Princess. To end an amazing day, we enjoyed an incredible dinner at the ship's Crown Grill, one of our favorite specialty dining experiences onboard!
