Wonderland on Royal Caribbean - Is This the Craziest Cruise Ship Restaurant?
What happens when dinner on a Royal Caribbean cruise becomes an entire experience? We tried Wonderland, Royal Caribbean’s imaginative specialty restaurant on Anthem of the Seas and this was SO much more than a normal dinner! To even see the menu, we had to paint it with water! From there, the menu was divided into five elements - Sun, Ice, Fire, Earth and Sea with creative dishes. We let our waiter choose several appetizers for us, including the Crispy Crab Cones, Citrus Seas Shhh, The Bird’s Nest, Mad Hatter Purple Potted Shrimp and Liquid Lobster. For our entrées, we tried the halibut and shortrib. Next came dessert which may have been the highlight! We had The World, where the waiter poured warm caramel over the top and melted it right at the table, and the Mystical Mushroom Garden.
