First Time in SPAIN (Bilbao & La Coruña on a Cruise)
We have finally arrived in Spain!! After all these years we are ticking off this huge bucket list by exploring La Coruna and Bilbao on a cruise. Check out the Princess Sapphire Cruise we are on: http://bit.ly/2FFZwL5 Our first port of call in Spain was hopping off at the cute little town of La Coruna where the sleepy village was closed for the day - we went for a walk up to the Tower of Hercules - an ancient roman lighthouse still being used thousands of years later. Next up we headed to Bilbao where we tried our first Spanish tortilla (Spanish omelette) before heading off to to see Dragonstone from Game of Thrones aka Gaztelugatxe - an islet in the Basque countryside. We then headed into the town of Bilbao to try some Spanish tapas for heading back onto the ship for some more relaxation.
