Magnificent El Nido beachside port activities on Palawan Island, Philippines
#Travels in Japan #Travels in the Philippines #Cruise ships #Model Railroads After flights from Boracay via Manila we arrived at Puerto Princesa at the airport where we spent some days before taking a van to beautiful El Nido. For me it was my second visit, I came here in 2012 and I have certainly see so many changes during these thirteen years with so many high rises and many of the beachside shacks destroyed in built with new hotels and restaurants etc. We were fortunate to stay right on the beach at La Salangane Hotel with its restaurant where at high tide the waves are lapping against the walls, so you cannot get ant closer to the beach than that. I was able to film the bangka activities from the hotel window. Evenings were spent walking along the beach enjoting the many magnificent sunsets each night.
