Cruise news today. Port Canaveral has raised its parking fees for cruise passengers for the first time since 2017. As of October, the daily parking rate is now $20 per night, up from $17. That fee includes both embarkation and debarkation days—so parking for a 3-night cruise will cost $80, plus tax. A Royal Caribbean ship is riding out a typhoon in the Pacific. Ovation of the Seas is arriving in Yokohama, Japan two days late due to Typhoon Halong. Norwegian Aqua has arrived in PortMiami for her winter season.
