My favourite ports are the ones where you can simply stroll from your ship and in the heart of your destination. Either that or you dock next to a metro station or within walking distance of an easy to explore on your own cruise destination and to be honest, I get frustrated when you get to a port and there is nothing there- it is a just a waste of a day on holiday and a waste of your time.
