Welcome to Vancouver! As it was our first time in the city, we thoroughly enjoyed the few days we had to explore with a mix of everything! All free of charge. - Museum of Anthropology at UBC - Flyover (like Soarin’) - Aquarium - Gastown - go for coffee at Revolver (best in town), lunch at Water Street Cafe, and find the best souvenir shops for pins and Canada merch on Water Street. Gastown Steam Clock. - Grouse Mountain - Victoria for Butchart gardens - Kits - check out Kitsilano for an afternoon. Walk along Kits Beach and stop for a drink at Batch overlooking the water. Have a delicious, cozy Italian dinner at Nook. - Main Street has a ton of restaurants and bars and really great local shopping. - Huge Lululemon on robson street because Lulu is much cheaper to buy in Canada FOOD - Templeton diner for breakfast - El Camino for Mexican food - Anh and Chi for the best Vietnamese food - Sushi: Minami - fancy and refined, Miku - delicious aburi and a nice location near the water or Ton Ton - classic, simple. - If you like Indian, Vij’s or Lila. - French Canadian spot Celine. Must have the poutine! - Elio Volpe. Italian coastal inspired. Stunning room. You will LOVE the tiramisu cheesecake. It is a bit spendy, but perfect for a date night if you’d like to have a bit of an elevated experience while in town. - Bouthouse Vancouver is a great date spot!
