Celebrity Xcel Day 5 surprised us in a big way. We started this sea day with a morning walk, checked out the gym and pool deck vibes, enjoyed a huge Thanksgiving buffet, spent family time by the pool, and ended the night with one of the most surprising moments of the cruise… Celebrity’s Shine the Night party. Honestly, this is where Celebrity Xcel started to feel like real competition for Virgin Voyages and MSC Cruises. The energy on the pool deck felt like a fusion of Scarlet Night and MSC’s White Party — but with Celebrity’s own twist, and even better, it felt fun for all ages. In this vlog, we share: what the Thanksgiving food was like the buffet vs Tuscan dinner kids camp and family cruise flow the rock show onboard and why Shine the Night may be a sign that Celebrity is changing If you’ve been wondering whether Celebrity Xcel is becoming a more lively, family-friendly, and fun cruise experience, this vlog is for you.
