We hopped off the ship and rented a golf cart to explore Bimini like locals, cruising through scenic streets, stopping for photos, and discovering hidden gems. We visited the iconic Nate’s Bakery for fresh Bahamian bread and tried the famous guava and cream cheese pastry—hands down the best natural guava ever! Along the way, we passed the unique Dolphin Museum, a colorful three-story ocean-inspired landmark built from recycled materials by local historian Ashley Saunders. On the hunt for authentic island eats, we finally found fresh fried conch at CJ’s Deli near Radio Beach, where the crystal-clear turquoise water created the perfect tropical lunch backdrop.
