My daughter had always dreamed of doing Pilates on a beautiful beach, and we finally made it happen at Salt Studio near Love Beach in Nassau, Bahamas. We walked there after an afternoon at the beach — and while the walk is short, it’s along a very narrow road. I highly recommend pre‑arranging transportation to and from the studio for safety and timely pickup. The class itself was incredible: an outdoor studio with the most peaceful ocean views, soft breezes, and the sound of waves just steps away. It felt like a true wellness escape and such a special mother‑daughter moment.
