Beginner runners watch this before buying your next running shoes

Follow along our 5k training training journey here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVXi00tS6bQw&si=nnIn1h9hyqtsZQ5L OKAY! So we've been training for our first 5k and it's been a journey! We've fought through multiple sicknesses, injuries and a whole cruise! We filmed all of this during day like 30-40 of training and the shoes were such a great purchase! Shout out to Fleet Feet in McKinny, TX for giving us such great advice on what shoes are best fitted for us. I think this is a great middle ground of technology assisted purchase. The scans are doing it's thing, providing us with data and insights, then the humans are giving the recommendations and advice. ANYWAYS, thanks for watching and supporting the channel! More vlogs coming soon, we promise!
