‘Lives are changed forever:’ Funeral for Anna Kepner to be held at Titusville church

A church is preparing to welcome family, friends, and more in the community to celebrate the life of the Brevard County 18-year-old who died on a cruise ship. Anna Kepner died on the Carnival Horizon on Nov. 7 while the cruise ship was at sea, according to the Miami-Dade County medical examiner.
