NCL and Port of Philadelphia have known about this cruise for at least a year. Yet due to "harsh weather conditions" the terminal building is still just a shell. Now it is 90 degrees outside and passengers are made to stand in an unairconditioned tent to go through security. Not to mention the issues with bussing everyone from a hotel 6 miles away. Everyone evolved should be embarrassed by this. The rumor floating around is that it may be completed by July 2026. Good luck!
