Princess Cays Private Beach Destination in the Bahamas!

Today we're at Princess Cays, the private beach destination on the southern tip of Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas. While Princess is in the name, both Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruises are owned by the Carnival Corporation, and both cruise lines regularly stop here! We were aboard the Carnival Paradise which is one of the smallest ships in the fleet, meaning that not everything opened on our visit, and there were very few people actually on the island.
