Join us for our FIRST TIME sailing with MSC Cruises! š¢ In this video, we take you through our complete MSC embarkation process at the Port of Galveston, Texas. We started our embarkation day by dropping off our luggage at the port before heading over to Discount Cruise Parking at 433 33rd Street in Galveston, Texas. From there, we caught the parking shuttle to the cruise terminal and began the embarkation process. One of the biggest surprises of our first MSC cruise was discovering the benefits of MSC's Status Match program. Even though this was our first time sailing with MSC, our matched status gave us Diamond status and priority boarding! This helped make the embarkation process surprisingly quick, with minimal waiting. Once onboard, we headed to our muster station and then made our way to our cabin to get settled in.
