Tonight’s dinner aboard a Holland America Line ship was a treat at Tamarind, their incredible Asian fusion restaurant! 🍜 I started with a flavorful pork bao bun, followed by Szechuan shrimp packed with bold spice and flavor, and finished with a refreshing dessert of tapioca, coconut, and mango.
