As one of the oldest ships currently in the NCL fleet in this region, Norwegian Star has a very different feel compared to the newer mega ships. It’s a bit more traditional, a bit more relaxed, and in a lot of ways, easier to navigate. But don’t let the age fool you, there’s still plenty to see and do onboard. I go deck by deck across the entire ship, showing you all of the main amenities including the pool decks, restaurants, bars, lounges, entertainment spaces, and quieter hidden areas you might not find unless you really explore. This is a great ship for people who don’t necessarily want the chaos of the newest ships, but still want a solid cruise experience with everything they need. If you’re considering sailing on Norwegian Star, this walkthrough will give you a clear idea of how the ship is laid out and what to expect before you book.
