Universal Studios Orlando VIP Experience
The Universal Studios Orlando VIP Experience is something you should seriously consider. The cost is just a bit more than a 2 day park ticket depending on when you go. It allows you to go on all the top rides at Universal Studios and Island's of Adventure theme parks in 1 day. You do not wait in any lines at all. You are assigned a host that will take you and one or two other families on a VIP tour including behind the scenes locations. There are two types of VIP tours available. There is a 1-Day, 2-Park Experience which is 7 hours and gets you into a minimum of 10 rides (we got 11 or 12 I believe). There is also a 1-Day, 1-Park Experience for a five hour tour with at least 8 rides at the park of your choice. In addition to that, you have to pay for your theme park tickets separately. The price of the VIP tour fluctuates dramatically based on whether it is a high volume day or not. The VIP experience does include the Express Pass that allows you to skip the regular lines at the rides except for their newest ride at the time. The food was really good and the restaurants and service were excellent. Our VIP host was excellent as well. She had a lot of knowledge about the inner workings of the park. We also got to tour some sounds stages where they were filming some television shows. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to film anything that was behind the scenes.
