KJ and The Steve

My parents died a couple of years ago. For two years my mother fought cancer only to lose the battle after 22 months of fighting. My dad developed cancer two years later and also lost his battle to this terrible disease. While I was caring for them over these years, we would have conversations about their lives. We talked and reminisced about their adventures. They talked about their fun trips, all the things they got to see and experience, and even the terrible trips that nothing seemed to go right (which sometimes those terrible trips were the funniest and most interesting ones). All those long nights we would talk, it was never about the things that they had, it was always about the experiences they did, adventures they took, and time they had together. So Steve and I decided we needed to travel and experience some adventures of our own before we reach that age that it is not possible for us. Come join us on our trips while we discover some adventures of our own.
