Thomas Ashford

I'm Thomas Ashford, a retired cruise ship Hotel Director, and I'm here to show you how to sail without quietly paying for the same trip twice. Drawing from thirty years running guest services at sea, I share calm, no-nonsense advice on what really happens on the other side of the guest desk — where the hidden charges sit, which upgrades and perks you'll never be offered unless you know to ask, how cabins and dining tables actually get assigned, and what to say when something goes wrong onboard. I'm not telling you what I read on a travel blog. I'm telling you what I watched happen, voyage after voyage, for three decades. New videos every week. Subscribe if you'd rather board knowing what the crew knows.
