Cruise Chaos Continues: Carnival Delayed, Hurricane Polo Reroutes Ships & Hawaii Storm

This morning, Carnival Sunshine is finally expected back in Norfolk after a powerful nor’easter delayed the ship by an entire day and shortened its next cruise. On the other side of the country, Hurricane Polo has forced Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess and Virgin Voyages to rewrite Mexican Riviera itineraries. Meanwhile, Hurricane Nolo has strengthened dramatically near Hawaii, air travel in the Northeast continues recovering from hundreds of cancellations, and Carnival Luminosa has begun one of Carnival Cruise Line’s longest voyages of the year.
