Ungrateful swine 🙂↔️ I didn’t expect to find a bird on a cruise ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean but here we are. According to Google, this is a Pacific Golden-Plover (please correct me if that’s wrong) and it is a migratory bird. During migration this bird undertakes remarkable, continuous transoceanic flights over 2,000 to 3,000 miles across the open Pacific - taking 2 to 4 days of nonstop flying without resting or swimming… except for this guy who has found a cruise ship at the most opportune time 🙂↕️ They didn’t hang around long and before we knew it, it carried on its journey.
