For me, it was one of the least appealing places in France.and not to much to see in local port of Le Havre. It is a major port city in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region of northern France. It is situated on the right bank of the estuary of the river Seine on the English Channel southwest of the Pays de Caux, very close to the Prime Meridian. For me I would arrange an excursion from the ship and I would'nt normally say that and the reason why I would choose that is because it looks like something could go wrong at anytime.
