Join us for Day 4 of our 7-night Alaska cruise on the MSC Poesia as we spend an incredible day at Icy Strait Point, Alaska! 🚢 After a beautiful sail into Icy Strait Point aboard the MSC Poesia, we head ashore to explore the historic cannery, shops, waterfront, and Hoonah Veterans Memorial Sea Walk. The biggest surprise of the day comes when a large group of humpback whales appears incredibly close to shore, giving us some of the most exciting whale sightings of our entire Alaska cruise. We even spot the whales again later in the day as they make their way back past Icy Strait Point. 🐋 Back aboard the MSC Poesia, we have a fantastic evening with dinner at Il Palladio Restaurant followed by the Total Divas production show in Teatro Carlo Felice. Tomorrow, we’ll sail through Endicott Arm to view Dawes Glacier before making our way to Juneau for the afternoon.
