Does the cabin have a bathtub or just a shower on Holland America?
Does the cabin have a bathtub or just a shower on Holland America? The answer, it depends on the ship so reach out to me before picking your ship. Cruise ship bathtubs get a bad rap — and honestly, I get it. But let’s clear a few things up. 👀 On Holland America’s Nieuw Amsterdam, the bathtub setup is actually… totally fine. ✔️ A bath mat is provided ✔️ Grab bars are already installed ✔️ There’s plenty of room to move around ✔️ And yes — the bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner are Elemis Add in the very large, very plush bath towels, and suddenly this feels less like a “cruise compromise” and more like an elevated hotel experience you don’t always find on other lines. And because visuals matter… Jim (fully clothed, I promise 😄) hops into the shower to show just how much space there really is — and to prove those towels are not exaggerating. If bathroom comfort is on your cruise checklist, this is one of those small details that actually makes a big difference. 🚿✨ Would a bathtub keep you from booking a cruise — or does this change your mind? #HollandAmerica #NieuwAmsterdam #Eurodam #alaskacruise
