We Got Access to Guadalajara's VIP Lounge | Here's What We Found
On our way to Gloria’s birthday cruise, we flew out of Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) and, after a painfully slow check-in with Alaska Airlines (even with preferred status!), the VIP Lounge absolutely saved the day for our family. Thanks to our Priority Pass credit card perks, we were able to access the Guadalajara International VIP Lounge (Terminal 1), one of our favorite lounges because it’s consistently clean, never crowded, and conveniently located near the gates. This lounge isn’t the flashiest, but it always delivers: Reliable high‑speed Wi‑Fi 💻 A quiet, comfortable space to relax 🛋️ A solid buffet salad bar 🥗 And best of all… a full hot food menu you can order from — all included 🍽️🔥 We ordered Teppanyaki, burritos, and a torta ahogada (all you can eat!). I loved the burritos, Gloria loved the Teppanyaki, and the torta ahogada was delicious… but way too spicy for me 🌶️😅 While we waited for our flight, we ate, drank, worked online, and relaxed in total comfort, the perfect start to the trip.
