Sea Day Done Right? | Bingo, Tea Time & Specialty Dining | Day 6

A sea day that somehow included bingo, a 5K charity walk, tea time, fine dining… and way too much chocolate. Welcome to Day 6, our second sea day aboard Holland America’s Zaandam on our 7-Day Baja Peninsula cruise. We thought this might be a slower, more relaxing day at sea… Yeah, that didn’t happen. From the moment we woke up, the schedule filled up fast. Breakfast in the dining room, coffee chat with the cruise director, bingo, lunch, a 5K charity walk around the promenade deck, tea time, specialty dining at the Pinnacle Grill, evening entertainment, piano bar, and of course… chocolate surprise. And somehow in the middle of all that, we witnessed someone win a free cruise in one of the most intense bingo finishes we’ve seen onboard. This episode really shows something we love about cruising. Sea days can be whatever you want them to be. Relaxing. Busy. Somewhere in between. For us? Apparently… all of the above.
