Benefits of Cruising on the Ocean Nova

With a small ship of less than 80 passengers, it can access areas larger ships can't. For example, our team has travelled on the Ocean Nova and managed to get through the famous Lemaire Channel on days where there were icebergs blocking part of the channel. The Ocean Nova passed several 500 and 200 passenger ships who had turned around because they couldn’t get through. There are also other great locations that larger ships won’t even try to get through such as Graham passage on the Antarctic peninsula. This passage can be a haven for whales and is can only be visited by smaller vessels.
