I Learned to Bake Bread in Austria! Viking Danube Cruise Bakery Day!

Aprons on, rolling pins out. During our Viking Danube cruise through Austria, we stepped into a traditional bakery and learned how real Austrian bread is made, from mixing and shaping the dough to pulling crusty loaves and seeded rolls out of the oven. Our baker walked us through every step, then handed us the baskets. Some loaves came out better than others, and we have the photos to prove it.
