Everything You Need To Know About the Half Moon Cay Upgrades
In this Half Moon Cay cruise review we walk a full Carnival day at Carnival's private island in the Bahamas — getting off the ship, riding the free trams, checking every tram stop, touring the Oasis cabana, and pricing the beach. Trams are free, loungers are free, and the water is as clear as a pool — you can even watch a sea turtle from the pier. The paid stuff is optional: a clamshell shade runs $45 for the day, and the Oasis cabana is around $1,000 for the day with private loungers, a cooler stocked with water, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola, shade, and a wall fan. We didn't find prices listed on the beach-equipment rental rack or in the lunch hall on this trip, so we don't quote those here.
