Into volcano country! 🌋 On 11 August 2026, Day 4 of our Hawaiian Islands cruise aboard Norwegian’s Pride of America brought us to Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. Our adventure took us to Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park, where we experienced the incredible landscape surrounding Kīlauea, one of the world’s most famous active volcanoes. We also visited the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory area near Kīlauea Military Camp, taking in spectacular views of the crater, volcanic terrain, and the dramatic landscape created by this amazing volcano.
