Carnival Panorama Day #8 - Sea-Day / Disembarkation. VIFP Party, BINGO, Skyride, Port Transportation
Today is our last day of the cruise. After my typical morning "Walkabout" I'll check the towel folding fun. If you love the towel animals, they even sell a towel folding book. This gives you step-by-step instructions on how to make the different towel animals. They have a paper airplane contest today. The categories are distance and accuracy of the airplanes made. We'll attend the VIFP Party (for the free drinks). This is one of the perks that may be discontinued when the new VIFP program is revamped. I think three drinks is my limit! Theres a couple at the VIFP party that been married for 65 years...WOW...I don't think Cheryl and I will make it that long. We'll also donate to the BINGO winners...I don't think we were even close to winning a game. John, Michelle and I will ride the Skyride. You can race or have a pleasant stroll around the ship. Be sure to bring close-toed shoes for this...I brough tennis shoes just so I could ride. I'll show the Ducks found during the week and begin to re-home all the ducks found. Is something fun to do while walking around the ship...and when you see a kid or kid at heart find one, it makes all the difference. We were hiding ducks and Little Jesus all week. The ride into Long Beach is smooth, except for the fog. The ship blew the horn for all the ships and smaller boats to know where we were located. To get to the different airports (LGB or LAX) you have options...Uber, Ship Shuttle or Ride Yellow...Ride Yellow has a little kiosk, to the left of the parking garage.
