Freedom isn't always free. Sometimes it feels like grief — and both can exist at the same time. I'm arriving into Southampton at sunrise, and this one hit differently. Standing on my aft-facing wraparound deck, watching the wake stretch behind us — I found myself reflecting on everything I've left behind. The career. The certainty.
