Royal Caribbean has brought back drink package exemptions, but the new rules are much stricter than they used to be. The cruise line has introduced a formal Beverage Package Accommodation Request Form for guests who may qualify for an exemption from the Deluxe Alcohol Package. But only three types of people qualify, those who are pregnant, or have a disability or medical condition. The cruise line also warns guests of big consequences if they're caught lying to receive and exemption.
