Originally launched for Australian Customs, Oceanna was built in Brisbane by Norman R. Wright and Sons. She is powered by twin 8LXB Gardner engines, she has a cruise speed of 9.3 knots. Oceanna is 70ft overall and features double diagonal planking and a lovely fine entry, typical of some of the great Norman Wright and Sons motor cruisers. On this occasion our instructions from the customer were clear... 'get her ready for sea'. Repairs to under water areas included planking, repairing and refastening. Sheathing the hull up to waterline, sand and paint topsides up to gunwales. The new owner has terrific marine experience and is now preparing Oceanna for the trip down to Adelaide. We can't wait to hear about the trip!
