In this video, I'm taking you back to my very first cruise experience aboard **Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas** and sharing my honest thoughts on the ship, cabin, food, entertainment, activities, service, and overall experience. And yes… I have THOUGHTS about the food! 😂 I had heard so many people rave about Royal Caribbean's food before my cruise, so I went in with high expectations. Did it live up to the hype? Let's just say I ate a LOT of pizza. 🍕😂 I'll also share what surprised me most about cruising, what I wish I knew before my first cruise, what I would do differently today, and whether I'd actually cruise on Mariner of the Seas again. ⚠️ **A QUICK NOTE ABOUT THIS REVIEW:** This cruise took place in **2019**, so this is a throwback to my first cruise experience—not a current Mariner of the Seas ship tour. Mariner of the Seas has changed since I sailed, including its itineraries and home ports. Royal Caribbean currently has Mariner sailing from Galveston, Texas, with the ship scheduled to move to New Orleans for the 2026–2027 season.
